Three ways to work with us regularly
We are trying three regular services with a small number of trades and property owners in Sibu and nearby towns. Each trial runs on written terms agreed with you before you join, including any fee. Nothing is charged online.
How the trials work
- Apply on the Trade Access page and choose the service.
- We review your application and reply with proposed trial terms.
- You agree the terms in writing before anything starts.
- At the end of the trial we review it with you, and you choose whether to continue.
Places are limited. A trial does not create an online account, credit terms or a stock reservation.
Trade Pass
Who it is for: Trades who buy from us regularly: installers, fabricators, cabinet makers and contractors.
In the trial:
- Trade pricing on the items you buy regularly, quoted after we review your application
- Your quotation requests handled first, within a reply time agreed in your terms
Not included: credit terms, online ordering or reserved stock.
Standing Orders
Who it is for: Trades who reorder the same items, such as trims, grout, adhesives, sealant kits and fixings.
In the trial:
- A list of your regular items and an interval you choose, monthly or quarterly
- Price held for a period, if agreed in your terms
- Each order confirmed with you before it is supplied; change or skip it by message
- Collection or delivery arranged as set out in your terms
Until we hold stock, each order is placed with our suppliers for that cycle, so lead times are set out in your terms.
Parts Continuity Plan
Who it is for: Property owners, hotels, developers and contractors who will need matching parts later.
In the trial:
- A record of the parts used in your project: product codes, finish references and panel thickness
- When something needs replacing, we start from that record and quote the same part
- If a part has changed or is no longer made, we tell you plainly and quote the closest checked option; we never treat it as identical without checking
The plan covers supply of parts. Fitting is by your installer or a separately contracted ELS+ (opens another site) package.
What we record, why and for how long is set out in your written terms.
On the form, use your company or property name and choose “Property owner or manager” if you are not a trade.
