Timing
We don't promise same-day or fixed delivery times across Sarawak. Dispatch and delivery timing are confirmed with each order, based on stock, packing and the carrier's schedule for your area.
Special orders and incoming stock
Special-order items are not stocked: specification and lead time are confirmed with you before payment. Incoming items are dispatched only after they arrive and pass inspection.
